Basic Skills Development
COURSE OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this class is to develop reading and/or math skills in addition to providing time for individualized instruction in all education areas.
Life Science
COURSE OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this class is to inspire new connections with topics in biology. It follows the Indiana Academic Biology Standards for high school and is centered around a hands-on approach to learning science. The goal is for students to learn science concepts in an engaging and memorable environment.
Academic Lab
COURSE OBJECTIVE: Students are able to use academic lab time for re-teaching and conferencing with all teachers. Students use this time to work on assignments, discuss concepts with teachers, or re-learn difficult concepts. Additionally, students are provided time to read and practice the skill of reading for comprehension and fluency.
