It's spooOOOoooky season! If you like scary things that go bump in the night, participate in the NHS Library's Two Sentence Horror Story competition. Write down two sentences that tell a story and will horrify your fellow students on a piece of paper. Bring your entry to the library with your name on it. The winning entry will receive a prize! Only one entry per student, must be turned in by Halloween!

This upcoming Wednesday (11/2) and Thursday (11/3), student government representatives will be taking sign-ups for the blood drive during lunch blocks. The actual blood drive will be on Thursday, November 10th from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM in The Mill.

The Tabletop Gaming Club is having their next meeting this week on Thursday, November 3rd

Are you a Muslim student at NHS? Do you need a place and time to complete your afternoon prayer? The Muslim Student Association will be discussing this and other important topics at the next meeting on Thursday, November 3rd during AL at 2:40. Request a pass from Miss Aprill, the club sponsor. If it is your first time attending, you must first speak with Miss Aprill. Send her an email or visit her in room 1219 before next Thursday in order to attend. 

The Lend a Paw club will be having a meeting on November 7th during AL in the LGI room. If you are interested in attending please send an eHall appointment pass to Mrs. Melissa Miller. If you want more information, please email Lauren Pepples.

This weekend during the Women's Words Matter Speech Meet at Westfield HS, the MIller Speech team put up some great results.
