It's spooOOOoooky season! If you like scary things that go bump in the night, participate in the NHS Library's Two Sentence Horror Story competition. Write down two sentences that tell a story and will horrify your fellow students on a piece of paper. Bring your entry to the library with your name on it. The winning entry will receive a prize! Only one entry per student, must be turned in by Halloween!
Ping Pong Club will have its first meeting of the year on Friday, October 28th in the Aux gym during AL. All equipment will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own paddles if you want.
Please request a pass using eHall pass to Mr. Dollaske and put Ping Pong Club in the comments. Dues of $10 should be turned in to Mr. Dollaske in room 2243 prior to the first meeting or at the first meeting.
The next Asian Student Union meeting is Friday, October 28 in room 2233. Request an e-hall pass from Miss Presto.
NHS Theatre is planning a Trunk-or-Treat event for the city of Noblesville on Saturday, October 29 from 5-8 pm in the NHS parking lot off Cumberland Rd. Students, if you are interested in participating & are in a club or on a sports team, reach out to your sponsor or coach to let them know you'd like your group or team to participate. Then, contact Mrs. Nieten, the theatre teacher, and she can help your group with what you need to do next.
FCA Club will meet on Friday, 10/28 in Mr. Keever's room #2241 at 2:40pm. Please request an E-Hall Pass from Mr. Justin Keever if you are interested in attending. Hope to see you there!

Sports:
Over fall break, the girl’s cross-country team won the sectional, regional and semi-state meets, becoming the first team in program history to sweep the tournament through the first three rounds. The Millers look to earn their first state title in program history on Saturday in Terre Haute @ Noon. Congratulations to Paige Hazelrigg, Brooke Lahee, Kennedy Applegate, Nadia Perez, Summer Rempe, Brinkley Cooper, Riley Flynn, Ella Wirkner, Ansley Applegate and Gretchen Graham for their stellar races through the tournament thus far.
