Hi NHS! NHS Democrats is having their last monthly meeting on Wednesday May 12 at Noon. We’ll be talking about everything that’s happened this year in politics and in society. We will also have voting for club officers for the 2021-2022 school year! On May 7th the 5 high school jazz bands will play from 7:30-9pm in the NHS Gym, plus an incredible group coming in as Guest Artist- Prime Vintage, featuring organist Steven Snyder, guitarist Joel Tucker, and world-famous drummer Kenny Phelps. All this for $10 at the door or purchase your ticket by scanning one of the QR codes on the green posters around the cafeteria or band area.
Come see some of the best student jazz bands in the USA! This is the last concert Jazz 1 will perform before the record for the elite NYC Essentially Ellington Jazz Festival!

This year's prom will be Saturday, May 8 from 7:30-10:30 at the beautiful Willow Creek Barn in Frankfort, IN. There will be a DJ, dancing, food, beverages, yard games, a photobooth, and bonfires. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and safety concerns, only NHS Seniors may attend prom. Tickets will go on sale directly following Spring Break until April 30. They will cost $40 each and will be on sale in the front / main office. (Ask for Mrs. Cook or Mrs. Emmerson) You will need your student ID to purchase a ticket. Any prom related questions can be directed to Chelsea Nicholson, Allison Haley, or Janae Mobley.

If you are a lifeguard who wants to get recertified, see Coach Steele to sign up for the session on Tues. May 11th during AL.
Thursday May 6, 2021. Noblesville Girls Lacrosse traveled to take on the Fishers Tigers. The JV Black team trailed the Tigers 5-3 at the half and wound up on the losing end 9-5. The Millers were led offensively by Lyrric Barnett with 2 goals. Kaelyn Seyfried, Rylee Reagan, and Renee Garrett also scored for the Millers. Abigail Nickloy made 10 saves and had 2 ground balls in goal. Sammy Donhert collected 2 ground balls while Mia Price had 3 draw controls and Avery Pohlman with 2 draw controls. The Millers JV team will close out the season this Saturday playing host to Columbus North.
The Varsity game featured a Sectional Round preview for next week. The Millers led 9-1 at the half and cruised to a 16-2 victory. With the win, the Millers will be the number 1 seed in Sectional 2. The Millers were led by Rheagan Haney with 5 goals on the night. Emma Potter scored 3 goals and had 3 assists. Potter set the Single Season Record for Total Points on the season giving her 64 points on the season. Sidney Klinger notched a goal and 3 more assists. Rounding out the scoring was Chloe Barnett with a goal and assist, Maddie Christie 1 goal and 2 draw controls, Nataley Blackburn 1 goal and 1 assist to go with 4 draw controls, Brooke Miller 1 goal with an assist from her cousin Emma Hammond who also added 2 goals of her own. Marisha Woehler scored once. Mallory Miller, Emily Blackburn, Meagan Wernke and Maya Hill each assisted on a goal tonight. Maddie Reel had 5 saves. The Millers move to 12-2 on the year and will host Fishers next week in the first round of the state tournament at Beaver Materials Field.
