This Saturday morning, December 4th, NHS will be hosting the SAT- College Entrance Exam.  Those students who have registered for this exam should enter the building through the Main doors (Gate 1) by 7:45 AM.  Testing will take place in the English wing and several classes above.

  • Room assignment lists will be available in the entry hall when you arrive on Saturday.
  • Cell phones and their use are not allowed at any time during SAT testing. If you have a cell phone, please leave it at home or in your car. If you do bring a cell phone or any other electronic device, please be aware that it will be collected by the test administrator prior to starting the exam and will not be returned until the exam is over.
  • A mask is required for the duration of the exam. 

 

Remember to bring:

1- Admission ticket from the College Board, printed from your online registration. You will NOT be admitted without your admission ticket

2- Picture ID - Driver's license or school ID. You will NOT be admitted without a picture ID

3- Two #2 pencils

4- Approved calculator - you will not be allowed to go to your locker on Saturday morning so please plan ahead.

 

Testing will end at approximately 12:30pm for students taking the SAT without Essay; and 1:00pm for students taking the SAT with Essay. Check with Mrs. Stoffel in the Counseling Office if you have any questions.

 

 

 

Best Buddies will meet virtually on December 16 at 2:30. The link for the meeting is on Canvas. Also, check your canvas messages for information about ordering our Best Buddies t-shirt! 

 

 
 

Students, do you need a break from schoolwork and final exams? Stop by the library to get a "Take & Make Brain Break" bag! All the supplies are provided! We have coloring pages, origami kits, and DIY tie dye masks. You can visit before/after school, during passing periods, or with a pass from your teacher. We can't wait to see you!

 

 

Attention NHS! Your Theatre Department is once again holding our annual TOTS canned food drive. Drop off all donations in the theatre hallway, outside room 3105, by December 11th. All items will go to Fuel For School, a local food pantry that supports the families of students within Noblesville Schools. For information about acceptable donations, check out the NHS Theatre bulletin board in the lobby.

 

 
 


The Lend-a-Paw club is doing a Thanksgiving Wishlist Drive for the Humane Society and could use items such as canned food, cat litter, assorted cat and dog toys, dog collars, treats, and more. To see the full list of wish list items and to donate, please see the collection bins that are located in the cafeteria and in Student Services. 

 


SPORTS

Boy's Sprinters/Jumpers CALL OUT - On Thursday during AL we will be doing a virtual call out on google meet for sprinters/jumpers. The call out meeting will be at 3:15 and last about 10 minutes. E-mail Coach Glaub for the access code and tell your teammates and friends about it! We will be discussing winter workouts for before and after Christmas break and discussing our future track season.
