The GSA club has been given permission to meet in person in the LGI during AL.  (Thank you, Dr. McCaffrey!).  The purpose of this club is to create a safe space and sense of community for all LGBTQ+ and allies at NHS.  Please fill out this link to request a pass (   The Alpha/Charlie students will meet on Monday, 11/2 at 2:45 in the LGI and the Bravo/Delta students will meet on Friday, 11/6 at 2:45 in the LGI.  Email Mamma Huffman with any questions at



The ASL club meeting has been moved to Thursday, 11/12.  This club is for students interested in learning introductory sign language and for those who are interested in learning more than what has been covered in previous years.  Email Mamma Huffman at to get the link to this digital meeting.  If you have previously emailed, then the link you have is still good.

Interested in Trivia? Want to show your friends how smart you are? Quiz Bowl is a fast-paced buzzer competition in which teams of four players compete to answer questions that cover academic subjects like literature and science as well as the broader world of culture and current event.

Your boy’s cross-country team is going to the state meet this Saturday! 

Seniors Travis Hickner, Cole Kimmel, Andrew Anderson, and Billy Gregory, Junior Joel Mumaw, Sophomore Asher Propst and Freshman Caden Click will represent NHS in Terre Haute. The boys have been standouts at the state and national level this year and are currently ranked 23rd in the nation and 4th in the state. Congratulations to these hard-working guys. Let’s go!
