Riley Dance Marathon Applications are due by Friday, September 13th! We need you to be a part of an organization that changes the lives of so many kids at Riley Hospital and gives them the support they need. Pick up or drop off an application to 2203 or 2076 ASAP.
The Sociology club will be having a meeting on Thurs. Sept. 12th at 2:30 in rm. 2210. Use your blue club pass to attend. If you missed the call out meeting stop in before 4th block on Thurs. to pick up a pass. Your Sociology club dues are due at this meeting. Check the Sociology Club Canvas course for details!
Attention all 10th graders and new NHS students! Hearing screenings will take place on the LGI stage Tuesday 9/17 and Wednesday 9/18. Students will either come with their English 10 class or receive a pass for AL. Please contact Mrs. Millikan with any questions. Teachers and staff are welcome to stop by for a hearing screening.

Chess and Board Game Club will have a game session on Tuesday, September 10th during AL at 2:50 in room 2068. If you would like to bring your own board game to play you may do so and can drop it off before school in room 2068. If you don't have a pass, see Mr. McCormick in room 2068 for a pass.
Attention Ladies! We are adding a female faculty team to participate in the Powder Puff games on Sept. 17th. Practice would take place on the 17th before the game. You would be playing a team of NHS students. If you are interested in participating, please sign up on this Google Doc. Thanks!
It's not too late to sign up to go to Italy during spring break 2021. This is an awesome opportunity to see Rome, Pompeii, southern Italy, and the Mediterranean island of Sicily. See Mrs. Ringle in room 2200 for more details.

Are you thinking about going into law, being an attorney? OR do you like to act, play a part? Both of those are involved with the Mock Trial team. A case is tried in actual courtrooms in downtown Noblesville, with students acting as attorneys & witnesses. Come see what it's about!
The Mock Trial team will have a callout this Tuesday, September 10th at 2:30 in Room 1243. See Mr. Harden in Room 1243 before AL on Friday to get a pass.

SENIORS!!!! College Application & Naviance Workshop on Tuesday, September 10th from 2:10-3:30 (Academic Lab) in the Junior/Senior cafeteria. Students will need to bring their laptops. Please sign up on Naviance within the college visits section.
NHS will be hosting the SAT College Entrance Exam on Saturday, October 5th. If you are planning to attend a 4-year college or university, you will want to take this college entrance exam. Seniors, this is a great opportunity for you to have scores in time to submit college applications as well as for scholarship consideration! Go to collegeboard.org to register by Friday, September 6th. If you are a 21st Century Scholar or qualify for free/reduced lunch or text book assistance, see your counselor for a fee waiver.
Make sure to mark your calendars and get registered asap - space is filling up quickly.

Any ladies interested in going out for the 2019-2020 Lady Miller Gymnastics Team, there will be a mandatory parent and gymnast informational meeting held Tuesday, September 17th in the Junior/Senior cafeteria at 7P.M. This meeting will include all needed information for the upcoming season. All gymnasts, managers, and parents are expected to come! If you cannot attend this meeting, there will be an information packet you will need to pick up from the athletic office after the date of the call-out meeting, and you will also need to contact Head Coach, Coach Ramey.
