On Saturday, your Noblesville Lady Miller Gymnastics Team competed in the Connersville Invitational and placed 6th with their highest team score of the season of 92.55.  "This was an excellent day for the team with lots of personal bests and even career high finishes."  We surpassed our goal of hitting the 90's today which was a goal of ours to make by sectional time and we could do this a few meets prior to sectionals, which is awesome!

On Vault

Leading the way for the Lady Miller's was Senior Olivia Mangin with an outstanding score of 8.75 placing 8th.  This was Olivia's highest score for the season so far on vault and a career high and a great way to prepare for sectionals in a couple of weeks.  This was also our highest team score on vault for the season, and was a great vault day for the team.

On Bars

Leading the way for the Lady Miller's was Senior, Olivia Mangin with her score of 6.8.  Junior Kayleigh Sahr had a personal best for her today on bars with her score of 6.7.  We increased our team score on bars by 2 points today and created our highest bar team score of the season.

On Beam

We had a great beam day today.  Leading the way for the Lady Miller's on beam was senior, Devyn Palmer with an outstanding score of 8.175 placing 9th.  Junior, Olivia Mangin followed close behind Devyn with her score of 8.05, and Freshman Kiley Reisner increased her beam score today with her score of 7.125.  All 3 gymnasts had a "beam Stick" meaning none of them fell off the balance beam, and all 3 gymnasts had their season high scores today on beam.  This raised our team score on beam to our highest beam score of the season. We had an excellent beam day today.

On Floor

Leading the way for the Lady Miller's was Senior Devyn Palmer with an outstanding score of 8.475 which is her highest floor score of the season.  Junior, Ella Deno scored for the team today on floor with her floor score of 7.475 which is also a career high for Ella on floor.  The Lady Miller gymnasts had their 2nd highest floor score of the season.

In the all-around

Senior, Devyn Palmer scored a 31.625 and Junior, Olivia Mangin scored an all-around score of 31.475.  Both Gymnasts had their highest all-around score of season today.

Over all, this was a great day for the team.  We had lots of personal bests today and raised our team score by 4 points, which is a huge accomplishment.  I am so proud of all this team today!
