Do you have an interest in learning about mental health and want to help decrease the stigmas associated with suicide and mental health conditions that affect so many people? If so, then you should come to The Stigma Free Club! They will be meeting during AL this Friday, March 16th at 1:15 in the LGI Room. If you have never been to one of their meetings before, then stop by the Counseling Department to get a pass from Miss Fitting. If you have any questions, please email Miss Fitting at Amanda_fitting@nobl.k12.in.
Hey Student Body you should check out the Noblesville Winter Guard and Indoor Percussion Ensemble on March 16th during AL. It will be a great end to Empathy week for you to understand this unique activity in our school. These groups are having huge success and the quality and excellence is a must see, especially if you don't even know what we are talking about.
You must have an AL Pass / Ticket to see the event - they are $1.00 and are available at lunches and from any Winter Guard or Winter Percussion member.

Get Excited, Prom is just a little over a month away! Prom this year will be downtown Indy at the Indiana Roof Ballroom on Friday, April 20 from 8-11pm. This year's theme is "Once Upon a Fairytale" so dress your best and come dance the night away. Tickets will go on sale after Spring Break in the cafeteria and during AL, Monday, April 9 through Wednesday, April 18. Tickets cost $30 each. You must be a Junior or Senior with a student ID and a drug form completed to purchase a ticket. Freshmen and Sophomores, you are more than welcome to attend, but need to find a Junior or Senior date. If you plan on bringing a guest from another school, please go to the office to get a guest approval form. These take time to process, so don't wait until the last minute to turn them in. Prom nominations/voting for court will be on Canvas after Spring Break.
IAL Seniors-Your first deadline for this semester is this Friday, March 16th. Please be sure that you have accumulated 3 points by completing IAL assignments by this date.
Do you still need a dress for Prom, or do you want the opportunity to get a great deal on a dress for Homecoming next year? If so, check out the Cinderella Story Prom Dress Event that will take place the first weekend of Spring Break, March 24. There will be new and used dresses for only $25. The event will take place at Monon Trail Elementary in Westfield from 1:00-4:00. If you would like more information on this event, or if $25 is too much right now, see Mrs. Nicholson or Mrs. Schilling, your Junior Class Sponsors, or any Guidance counselor.
SIGN-UPS FOR THE 2018 RILEY DANCE MARATHON ARE GOING ON THE REST OF THIS WEEK AND THE WEEK OF MARCH 12TH-16TH IN THE CAFETERIA DURING LUNCHES. COST IS $10 AND INCLUDES YOUR TSHIRT. THE EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE THAT SATURDAY MARCH 17TH. CONTACT CARLIE NIEZER OR DEREK BROWN WITH ANY QUESTIONS.
Calling all talented singers, songwriters, guitar players, and other instrumentalists! If you're interested in landing a Saturday AM spot at the Noblesville Farmer's Market sometime between May and October, then email Bethany Robinson to get an audition! Students in both high school and college can have a Saturday AM spot to play their favorite covers or original songs, all while earning tips and performing for the market goers. Email Bethany Robinson for more information, or stop by and see her behind the auditorium in room 3013.

Are you interested in a career in the Armed Forces? The U.S. Army is offering a free Future Soldier Training program at the Fishers YMCA on March 22nd. If you are interested or would like more information on this opportunity see Mr. Smeathers in the Guidance Office to find out how to sign up and participate in the program.
Attention 21st Century Scholars--
Tracking your progress toward earning your 1st Century Scholarship is simple! ScholarTrack is an online tool that will guide you through the Scholar Success Program. You will able to manage your progress throughout high school and find many resources to help you complete the requirements. If you need help creating your Scholar Track account or recovering a forgotten user name and/or password please plan to attend the work session on Friday, March 16. Help will be available in the NHS Main Cafeteria from 1:15-2:30. Sign up for the work session via the link in your 2017-18 21st Century Scholars Canvas course.
Applications have just opened up for Camp Cardiac Indianapolis & Camp Neuro Indianapolis 2018!
Camp Cardiac & Camp Neuro, run by medical students in over 30 cities nationwide, are 1-week summer day camps for high school students interested in exploring careers in medicine.

Local Scholarships are now available! Many of our local businesses and organizations have established scholarships for NHS seniors who plan to continue their education after high school. These scholarships may be applied to any post-secondary setting: technical schools, vocational schools, 2- and 4-year colleges or universities. Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to earn free money! Check out the "Financial Aid & Scholarships" page on the NHS website under the "Counseling" tab regularly to view the most up-to-date opportunities. Rugby Call-Out
We are hosting an information call-out meeting for all students interested in playing rugby on Thursday, March 15th @ 7pm at the East Middle School.
Do you have any interest in dancing and cheering professionally after high school or college? The Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders are hosting a clinic at NHS on Sunday, March 18th from 1-3 to share information about their program. This clinic is open to any girl age 14 and up. At the clinic, the Colts Cheerleaders will go over technique needed for tryouts, they will teach a hip-hop dance, and hold a Q&A session about the program. The cost is 10 dollars.
