Enrollment Documents and Forms

Enrollment
Nearly all forms for enrollment will be handled via online registration at the time of enrollment. The informational documents and Title I letters listed below should be downloaded for reference but do not need to be brought to the school for registration.

FERPA
The Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) requires school districts to inform families each year about their rights relating to student records under FERPA and the types of information that are considered “directory information” that Noblesville Schools may disclose without parental consent such as by posting on school-related website, or sharing with the news media that cover our schools and military recruiters (high school students only). Parents/legal guardians have the right to opt out from the disclosure of "directory information" about their student by completing a FERPA Opt Out Form within 20 business days after enrolling or the start of school. FERPA Opt-Out Form needs to be printed and returned to you child's school within 20 business days after enrollment.
