Safety Update

 

Please find below an update on the many safety and mental health enhancements Noblesville Schools has implemented this past year, many thanks to the passage of our most recent referendum. You can find a comprehensive list of these changes on our website.

If you're experiencing increased anxiety and depression please consider these healthy ways to cope with distress:

  • Recognizing and acknowledging feelings you are experiencing

  • Spending time together as a family

  • Finding time to be outdoors

  • Doing an act of service for others or giving back to the community

  • Engaging in physical activity

  • Participating in creative outlets such as gardening, music or art

  • Reaching out to your support system, even if it is just sending a quick text
