Call Out - Thursday, Oct. 5 during East time in the NEMS cafeteria
Preseason workouts - Oct. 24 thru Nov. 16 - Tuesdays and Thursdays 4-6pm (except for Thanksgiving week)
Regular practices start Monday, November 27 and run Monday-Thurs 4-6pm and Fridays 4-5:30pm
- optional practices will be offered during winter break
- NO practice on Martin Luther King or Presidents Day
Student athletes must have an IHSAA physical form (dated after 4/1/2023) on file at NEMS and complete the Final Forms on line forms to be eligible to participate after preseason workouts.
