The school board recognizes the value of public comment. Residents interested in addressing the board must follow public comment guidelines, including addressing comments specifically to an item on the current meeting's agenda. Please go here for information on public comments guidelines and here to find agendas for upcoming meetings. Attendees must register their intention to participate in the public comment portion of the meeting upon their arrival at the meeting, and no less than five minutes prior to the start of the meeting.

Once in BoardDocs you will need to (1) select a specific meeting, (2) choose the option to "view the agenda" and, (3) click on specific agenda items to see notes for past meetings.
This process will allow interested parties to review board meeting information, inluding agenda items and what action was taken by the board. All documents associated with the meeting are automatically archived and can be accessed by meeting date or by using the system’s comprehensive search feature.
