Dr. Daniel G. Hile, Superintendent of Noblesville Schools
Dr. Daniel Hile joined Noblesville Schools as superintendent in July 2022. Prior to this position, he was superintendent of Smith-Green Community Schools in Churubusco, Indiana. He has also served previously as a principal, assistant principal, and teacher in Churubusco.
In addition to a doctorate in educational leadership from Purdue University, where he has also served as a guest lecturer, Hile also holds a master’s degree in education administration from Indiana University Fort Wayne, and a bachelor’s degree in music education from Indiana University.
Hile was named the 2022 Northeastern Indiana Superintendent of the Year and is a governing board member of the American Association of School Administrators and a member of the Purdue University Educational Leadership and Policy Studies Advisory Board. He is also currently serving as the president of the Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents.
Hile, his wife Jana, and their two children are Noblesville residents. His son is a recent graduate of Noblesville High School and his daughter is a recent college graduate.
