Dr. Daniel G. Hile, Superintendent of Noblesville Schools
Dr. Daniel Hile joined Noblesville Schools as superintendent in July 2022. Prior to this position, he was superintendent of Smith-Green Community Schools in Churubusco, Indiana. He has also served previously as a principal, assistant principal, and teacher in Churubusco.
In addition to a doctorate in educational leadership from Purdue University, where he has also served as a guest lecturer, Hile also holds a master’s degree in education administration from Indiana University Fort Wayne, and a bachelor’s degree in music education from Indiana University.
Hile was named the 2022 Northeastern Indiana Superintendent of the Year and is a governing board member of the American Association of School Administrators, an executive board member of the Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents, and a member of the Purdue University Educational Leadership and Policy Studies Advisory Board.
He is committed to community involvement and currently serves on the boards of the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce and The Pursuit Institute.
Hile, his wife Jana, and their two children are Noblesville residents. His son attends Noblesville High School and his daughter is a college student.
