Mr. Kenneth Dollaske

I have been teaching AP Physics C, AP Physics 1, and Physics 1 at NHS since the 2012-2013 school year. I have also been the Boys Varsity Team Soccer coach since 2017 and before that the C Team Soccer coach since 2012. I enjoy getting to know students in both an academic and athletic setting. Prior to NHS I taught for two years at Waukegan High School, which is a northern suburb of Chicago. Before I entered the world of education, I was a civil engineer focused in transportation engineering. As an educator of physical science, my main goal is for students to question, collect data about, and analyze the world around them. I feel my background as an engineer and educator allows students to see the real world applications for the physics they are studying. If you would like to check out all the great information and activities students get to do in my classes, please navigate to my course Canvas page.
