HBM Transition Program
The HBM Vocational training and education program helps students with significant disabilities gain vocational experiences outside of the school setting. It is a work experience and education program that allows students the opportunity to gain "real World" on the job training. It is not a job placement program.  Our goal is to provide work experiences for students to gain valuable training through community-based internships and/or employment.  We strive to place students in work experiences which match their interests and abilities.  We assist students with transitioning to the next phase of life after high school with an introduction of options and contacts for further services.
