    Dr. Joe Forgey, President

    Joe Forgey was elected to the board in November 2018 and began serving in January 2019. Joe is a pediatric dentist practicing with Pediatric Dentistry of Noblesville. He is a graduate of Butler University and Indiana School of Dentistry and has given hundreds of preventive dental lectures in Noblesville Schools at all academic levels. Joe is a 2018 graduate of the Noblesville Schools Miller Ambassadors program and served with the Miller Backers for ten years. He coached basketball at the Noblesville Boys and Girls Club and soccer with the Noblesville Soccer Club. Joe and his late wife Cynthia (Noblesville Schools board member 1998-2006) have five children that attended Noblesville Schools. They have 12 grandchildren, three who currently attend Noblesville Schools, with the other nine children four years old and under.

    Christi Crosser was elected to the school board in November 2020 and began serving in January 2021. She and her husband Craig own Nova 29, a property management company in downtown Noblesville. Christi attended Indiana University and has held leadership positions in the community with multiple organizations including: Noblesville Chamber of Commerce, Riverview Health Foundation, Meals on Wheels of Hamilton County, Prevail and the Crosser Family Foundation. She has also served with the Noblesville Redevelopment Commission, Noblesville Equity Advancement Team, Hamilton County Community Foundation Opportunity/Equity/Inclusion Committee, and the Boys and Girls Club of Noblesville. Christi is a 2019 graduate of the Noblesville Schools Miller Ambassadors program, has been a Noblesville resident for over 20 years and has two children who are recent graduates of Noblesville High School.

    Stephanie Lambert, Secretary

    Stephanie Lambert was elected to the school board in November 2020 and began serving in January 2021. She is a former forensic DNA analyst with the Indiana State Police and former substitute teacher for Noblesville Schools. Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Indiana University- Bloomington and a master’s degree in forensic science from the University of Alabama- Birmingham. She has served as a tutor with Noblesville Youth Assistance, treasurer of the Noble Crossing Elementary PTO, representative on the Noblesville Schools Elementary Digital Learning committee, and board member of the Noblesville Marching Millers Band Boosters. She is also a 2019 graduate of the Noblesville Schools Miller Ambassadors program and volunteers with Hamilton County as a court appointed special advocate. Stephanie and her husband Nate attend Northview Church and have lived in Noblesville for 10 years. They have three children- a senior and a sophomore at Noblesville High School, and a 6th grader at Noblesville West Middle School.

    Laura Alerding was elected to the school board in November 2020 and began serving in January 2021. She is the owner of a promotional products business, Creative Promotions at Work. Laura holds a degree from Ivy Tech and has volunteered with several local organizations including Nickel Plate Arts, Hamilton County 4-H, Riverview Hospital Foundation, Habitat for Humanity and the Marion County Juvenile Detention Center. She is an active election poll worker, precinct committeeman and treasurer of the Hamilton County Republican Women’s Club. Laura has two grown children, four adult stepchildren and 18 grandchildren with her husband, Jim.

    Misti Ray was elected to the school board in November 2022 and began serving in January 2023. She is a Realtor and cosmetologist, and has worked as a substitute teacher for Noblesville Schools. Misti is a Noblesville High School graduate and has served with a variety of organizations, including Noblesville First United Methodist Preschool, Noblesville Elementary Football League and the Boys and Girls Club of Noblesville. She has also served with several Noblesville Schools parent-teacher organizations and her homeowners association. She is a 2018 graduate of the Noblesville Schools Miller Ambassadors program and has volunteered on the district’s Elementary Reading Review committee. Misti and her husband Brian have three children and she has been a school district parent for 22 consecutive years. One of her children is an NHS graduate, one is a freshman at Noblesville High School, and one is a fifth grader at Hazel Dell Elementary.
