    Kevin Kalstad, President
    Kevin Kalstad was elected to the Noblesville School Board in November of 2014, with this first term commencing in January of 2015. Kevin is a business owner in the hospitality staffing industry. Kevin is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and a member of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). He and his wife Tammy have resided in Noblesville since 2000. Kevin and Tammy have two grown children, both of whom are Noblesville High School graduates. They also have five grandchildren. Kevin supports and or has served in Noblesville Young Life, Wyldlife, Barnabas International, and the Ronald McDonald House. Kevin has previously assisted with the Noblesville High School principal selection committee, and has served at the Noblesville High School Baccalaureate

    Carl Johnson, Vice President
    Carl Johnson was elected for his first term in 2016 and began serving in 2017. Carl is a Principal and Senior Architect at BSA LifeStructures. He holds a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. A 2013 graduate of Hamilton County Leadership Academy and 2017 graduate of Miller Ambassadors, Carl has served on Noblesville Schools Community Advisory Committees, Calendar Committees, School Curriculum Committees, Referendum Committees, and Noblesville Schools Education Foundation. He has also volunteered at White River Elementary, Noblesville East Middle School and Noblesville High School. His community involvements include AWANA, teaching Sunday School, Hamilton County Passion Play, All Pro Dad, CRU, FCA, White River Clean-up, Indiana Faith AAU Basketball, Indy Premier Soccer Club, American Heritage Girls, Boy Scout Exploring Career Education, and Ball State University student mentoring. Carl and his family attend Northview Church where they are involved in several other outreach initiatives. Carl and his wife Kristina have resided in Noblesville since 2004. They have four children: an eleventh-grade son and ninth-grade son at Noblesville High School, a sixth-grade daughter at Noblesville East Middle School, and a third-grade son at White River Elementary.

    Julia Kozicki, Secretary
    Julia Church Kozicki was elected to the board in May 2006 and re-elected in May 2010 and November 2014. She is a Noblesville native, a Jeopardy! champion, and a graduate of Noblesville High School, Indiana University and Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She and her husband, Jeff, have two sons: J.D., a 2017 NHS graduate and now a freshman at IU, and Josh, a junior at NHS. Professionally, Julia serves as legal counsel for Sigma Kappa Sorority at the national headquarters. She has been involved in a number of school activities, including district Facilities Usage Committee, the school representative to the Noblesville Redevelopment Commission, the NHS PTO (and previously the Forest Hill, NIS and NWMS PTOs), previously the district Community Advisory Council, the district High Ability Council, the district k-6 Enrichment Committee and multiple redistricting committees.  She is the Region 5 director for the Indiana School Board Association and the Corporate Counsel section chair for the Indiana State Bar Association, and volunteers with the Hamilton County Leadership Academy, Tri Kappa, and the First United Methodist Church.

    Brad Howell, Member
    Brad Howell was appointed to fill a vacancy on the Noblesville Schools Board of Trustees and began serving in 2017.  He serves as the head of the Adult Services Department at the Hamilton East Public Library in Noblesville.  Both he and his wife Carmen have previously worked at Noblesville High School in the Library Media Center and the World Languages Department, respectively.  Brad graduated from Anderson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies Education (Grades 5-12) and from Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis, with a Master’s of Library Science and School Media Services degree.  Brad has volunteered with White River Sports, Noblesville Youth Baseball, Grace & Cleats and White River Elementary School.  He participated in the School Improvement Committee at Noblesville High School, the Noblesville High School 1-1 Technology Implementation Committee, and the Interview Committee for the White River Elementary principal search.  Brad and his family attend Living Branch Church in Noblesville where he serves as a small group leader and instrumentalist.  Brad and his wife have lived in Noblesville since 1999 and have four children: a ninth-grade daughter at Noblesville High School, an eighth-grade son at Noblesville East Middle School and a fifth-grade daughter and second-grade son at White River Elementary.

    Monica Peck, Member
    Moncia Peck was appointed to fill a vacancy on the Noblesville Schools Board of Trustees and began serving in 2018. She is the former co-owner of Hare Chevrolet and has been previously recognized as an Indiana Business Journal “40 under 40” honoree, as well as a Noblesville Chamber “Business Person of the Year”. A graduate of Noblesville High School and Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Peck has been involved in volunteer and leadership roles with numerous community organizations including: Noblesville Schools, Noblesville Parks Foundation, Noblesville Boys and Girls Club, Noblesville Chamber of Commerce, Prevail, Riverview, Noblesville United Soccer and more. Peck and her husband Darren have two children currently enrolled in Noblesville Schools
