HBM Mission Discovery High School Vocational Training

Mission Discovery high school vocational training is a program tailored towards high school students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The goal of the program is to provide students with the opportunity to experience valuable on-the-job training. While this is not a job placement program, HBM prepares students with the tools they will need to lead successful, productive lives after high school.  The opportunities are provided  through  in school with career readiness building, vocational opportunities  & community-based experiences.  We focus on skill building and assisting students  in making their own choices regarding what life path they want to pursue. We assist students and their  families with transitioning to the next phase of life after high school, including options for education, training , supports that might be useful to them.
