    Dr. Craig McCaffrey has led Noblesville High School as principal since 2019, serving previously as an assistant principal, and prior to that as a high school principal in another district. He oversees all staff programming and activities at the high school, as well as having specific responsibility for athletics, music and teacher evaluation.     Melinda Miller, Assistant Principal, served previously in roles as an NHS dean of students, English teacher and coach. She oversees the freshman class, social emotional initiatives, youth assistance, English language learners and the parent teacher organization. She holds a master’s degree in educational leadership.

    Assistant Principal Janae Mobley served in roles as NHS dean and assistant principal in another district prior to her current role. She oversees the senior class, graduation, social studies, and safety. She holds a master’s degree in education administration.

    Kevin Stuckwisch is currently an Assistant Principal at Noblesville High School. Prior to that, Kevin served as a math and physics teacher, and science department chair. He oversees the sophomore class, STEM curriculum, trade training and certification, internships, math department, and school safety. He holds a master’s degree in educational leadership.

    Dan Swafford is an Assistant Principal at Noblesville High School and provides academic support for the junior class. Prior to his administration positions, he served as a business teacher and football coach. He oversees buildings and grounds, and school safety. Dan also provides direction for the education departments that include business, world language, and science.     Barb Olszewski has been with Noblesville Schools since 2008, beginning as a resource teacher and special education chair before being appointed to the NHS dean position, and now serves as an Assistant Principal. She oversees the special education and resource department here at Noblesville High School. She holds a master’s degree in educational leadership.

    Jeremy Luna is an NHS dean of students, serving previously in administration roles for another district. He oversees attendance for all grades, and is also responsible for in-school suspension procedures and social worker involvement with students.     Michael Cox first joined Noblesville Schools in 2022. He brings with him a wealth of experience and an extensive background in educational leadership. Michael serves as the Dean of Students for Freshmen and Seniors. He counsels students regarding behavior and implements discipline where necessary. He is also responsible for the Nurse Clinic and its direct relationship with the school.

    Andrew Smeathers is one of three deans here at NHS. He started with the district in 2017 as a school counselor and moved into the role of dean of students in 2022. He guides the behavior and discipline of Sophomores and Juniors as well as is responsible for the Student Services Staff and Department. He has an associates degree, a bachelors of science in secondary education, a master's degree in school counseling, and a master's degree in education administration.

    Heather Young joined Noblesville Schools in 2020 after having served with schools in Fishers, Indianapolis, and Peoria, Illinois in several leadership roles. She oversees Noblesville High Schools’ alternative education program, the Miller Success Academy, and the Family And Consumer Sciences Department. Heather holds a master’s degree in educational administration.
