Dr. Craig McCaffrey has led Noblesville High School as principal since 2019, serving previously as an assistant principal, and prior to that as a high school principal in another district. He oversees all staff programming and activities at the high school, as well as having specific responsibility for athletics, music and teacher evaluation. He holds a doctorate degree in education.

Prior to his administration positions, he served as a business teacher and football coach. He oversees buildings and grounds, and school safety. He brings with him a wealth of experience and an extensive background in educational leadership. Michael serves as the Dean of Students for Freshmen and Seniors. Andrew Smeathers is one of three deans here at NHS. He started with the district in 2017 as a school counselor and moved into the role of dean of students in 2022. He guides the behavior and discipline of Sophomores and Juniors as well as is responsible for the Student Services Staff and Department. He has an associates degree, a bachelors of science in secondary education, a master's degree in school counseling, and a master's degree in education administration.

Heather Young joined Noblesville Schools in 2020 after having served with schools in Fishers, Indianapolis, and Peoria, Illinois in several leadership roles. She oversees Noblesville High Schools’ alternative education program, the Miller Success Academy, and the Family And Consumer Sciences Department. Heather holds a master’s degree in educational administration.
