Technical Issues and possible resolutions
- Issue: Student went to hit submit and it said Error you are not authorized to access this.
- Possible resolution: If a student is doing an activity where they have to write and submit answers the system will time them after about an hour if they do not move screens. If a student needs more time to answer I would recommend they put their answers in a Google Doc or Word until they are ready to submit then transfer them over so they don’t get timed out
- Issue: Taking a test and halfway through it said restricted and logged her out. When she logged back in it had locked and erased everything.
- Possible resolution: If a student tries to open another tab in the browser or log in again in the same browser during a test the system will log them out as a test security feature. The student can email the teacher to unlock if a post test or depending on how you have the mastery test set up they could review the lesson to self-unlock the mastery test
