⇒ Canvas Update
Canvas integrations with Grade Passback, Google Drive, and Edulastic are fully restored. We are actively working with the other vendors to ensure student and staff data is secure. Please create a HelpDesk ticket if students and staff are unable to log in to necessary products outside of Canvas.
⇒ "Contact" Emails
For additional security, email addresses are no longer available in the district website's staff directory listings. Parents/Public will now see the word "Contact" with a link to a contact email form. This is to protect staff members' email addresses from being publicly displayed, helping to prevent email spoofing scams.
We encourage caution when responding, similar to any message in your inbox. For example, staff can verify email addresses in PowerSchool prior to responding to the message.

⇒ Verify & Update Contact Information for District Notifications:
- Sign in to www.parentsquare.com by clicking “sign in with Google.”
- Choose your account icon in the top right corner and select “Manage Account.”
- On the left navigation menu, choose “Edit Account.”
- Confirm email and phone number. If needed, add or update information.

- Click “Add” next to your mobile number or email to add your contact information. If needed, you can also click inside the text box to update the existing phone number.
- If added or updated, be sure to verify when you receive a confirmation communication.
