Well-Being Survey
Noblesville Schools Well-Being Survey
In February 2026 we will be asking students in all grades to share feedback with us about their experience in our schools as part of a Noblesville Schools well-being survey. This survey is part of our ongoing efforts to best support students, ensuring they are ready to learn and perform academically.
The survey will ask about:
- Feeling welcome and connected at school
- Working with others and building friendships
- Understanding and managing emotions
- Making decisions and setting goals
- Feeling supported by teachers and staff
The survey is anonymous and will not collect individual names, student IDs, or any information that can identify your child. Responses will be combined into districtwide, schoolwide, and gradewide summaries, and no individual student reports will be created.
Noblesville Schools will use the survey results to strengthen student programs, supports, and learning environments.
About the Survey
The Well-Being Survey is a short, age-appropriate questionnaire delivered through Satchel Pulse, a trusted third-party educational tool. Students respond to brief statements about their school experience.
You can view all survey questions here:
Satchel Well-being Survey Questions 25-26 Noblesville Schools
Students in grades K-2 will select from five picture icons (emoji-style faces) that represent how they feel about each statement.
Students in grades 3-12 will use a sliding scale to show how much they agree with each statement, ranging from “Strongly disagree” to “Strongly agree.”
Additionally, students will select their preferred language at the beginning of the survey and can choose to have the items read aloud to them using the text to speech button for each question.
The following schedule shows when schools will administer the survey.

Parent/Guardian Consent
Per Indiana Code 20-26-21-4, parents/guardians must be offered the opportunity to provide consent for their student to participate in third-party surveys. That opportunity is provided in the ParentSquare message sent on December 15, 2025. Parents/guardians who do not respond by January 9, 2026 will receive a reminder message by January 16, 2026.
If no response is received within 10 calendar days after this second reminder, then your student will receive the survey.
Parents can opt out at any time even if they have previously provided consent or have not provided a yes/no answer in the form. If you choose to revoke your consent, please contact Dr. Julie Thacker, Noblesville Schools Executive Director of Student Services at julie_thacker@nobl.k12.in.us.
