2025-2026 Miller Explorers Registration Information

Welcome to the Miller Explorers Before and After School Program!  We are happy to have the opportunity to provide before and after school services for students (K-6) enrolled in Noblesville Schools.  Our mission is to inspire students to create, discover, and imagine.  We cultivate a culture of community, connection, and respect through hands-on, exploratory-based learning experiences.  

Registration Dates for 25-26:
Current Families:  May 5, 2025 @ 7:30 am
Noblesville School Employees only:  May 12, 2025 @ 7:30 am
New Families:  May 15, 2025 @ 7:30 am

Submitting an application is the first step necessary to enroll in Miller Explorers.  
If you are interested in enrolling in Miller Explorers, follow the directions below to create an EZChildTrack account and register your child(ren) for Miller Explorers:

Hours of Operation:  6:30 am to 5:30 pm (excluding school day hours)
Registration options for the 25-26 school year are as follows:

  • 2 day am $40/week
  • 2 day pm $60/week
  • 3 day am $50/week
  • 3 day pm $95/week
  • 3 day am & pm $115/week
  • 5 day am $60/week
  • 5 day pm $120/week
  • 5 day am & pm $140/week
     

There is a one-time $45 registration fee for all weekly options. 
Reduced weekly rate available for families receiving free/reduced lunch> 
Military Discount - 10%
Noblesville Staff - 10%
*Discounts cannot be combined*

Directions to register for Miller Explorers:

Follow the directions below to create an EZChildTrack account and register your child(ren) for Miller Explorers 25-26 school year:

  • go to https://www.ezchildtrack.com/Noblesville/parent
  • select the purple box on the right to register as a new parent and open an account 
  • create one family account and add your child/children to your account
  • all items with a red bar to the left are mandatory
  • a non-refundable registration is due at the time of registration
  • the system will prompt you with remaining directions and reminders
  • once your application is approved, you will receive an email with your username and password
  • you will receive a SECOND email once your registration has been accepted
