Anti-Harassment

Non Discrimination and Anti Harassment Statement

Noblesville Schools is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and respectful educational experience for all students and staff. This includes creating an environment free from discrimination and harassment.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, socio-economic status, disability, age, religion, sex, transgender status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, immutable physical appearance (weight, scars, deformity, etc.), military status, ancestry, place of residence, or genetic information in all operations, educational opportunities, programs, activities, or employment practices.

We strictly adhere to all non-discrimination and anti-harassment laws and do not tolerate acts of discrimination or harassment. Our policy on non-discrimination and anti-harassment (A100) can be found on our website.

Suspected discrimination or harassment should be reported immediately. Students, staff, parents and visitors may report their own experience or on behalf of others.

Reports will be investigated consistent with board policy, including a prompt investigation.

Retaliation of any kind against persons who report allegations of discrimination, or participate in the investigation process, is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Retaliation could result in discipline, up to and including employee discharge or student expulsion.
