What is the Cambium Parent Portal?

The Family Portal provides a central location for accessing your child's ILEARN, IREAD, and/or I AM assessment results.

  • Access your child's results.
  • Review your child's strengths and areas where additional support is needed.
  • Download and print score reports.
  • Access additional resources to support your child.

How do I log in to the Parent Portal?

Family Portal Site: https://in-familyportal.cambiumast.com

To log in and view your child's results, you'll need three pieces of information:

  1. Access Code: Your child's unique 6-digit code, which will be provided through ParentSquare when results are released.
  2. Date of Birth: Your child’s date of birth (month/day/year).
  3. First Name: Your child’s legal first name (do not use nicknames).

Troubleshooting Tips

I can only see one child’s results when I login, not both.

Each child has a unique Access Code and set of login credentials. You cannot view multiple students' results simultaneously with one login.

  1. Log out of the Parent Portal account you are currently using.
  2. Log back in using the specific Access Code and credentials for your other child.
  3. You must repeat this process each time you wish to switch between children's accounts.

I can't log in. (Message: “Student information entered is incorrect.”)

This means the information you entered does not match the school's records. Double-check all three required fields:

  1. Access Code: Make sure you are using your child's unique 6-digit code and that it is entered exactly as it appears.
  2. Date of Birth: Enter your child's date of birth correctly.
  3. Name: Use your child's full legal name, not a nickname.

I never received or I lost my Access Code.

Your child's Access Code is sent via ParentSquare when results for an assessment are released. If you cannot find this message, or if you lost the code, please contact your child’s school directly for assistance.

My child’s results aren't showing up. (Message: "No score data exists for this student.")

This message indicates that the scores have not finished processing and populating on the portal yet.  Please check back later.

Here’s how scores populate:

  • Scores populate individually for each subject area as the student completes the test. Some subjects may populate faster than others.
  • ILEARN Summative scores can take up to 12 business days from the test completion date to fully populate on the portal.
  • Availability: Results are available starting from the Fall 2025 test administration and for all subsequent administrations.

Do I need a new Access Code every year?

No. Your child’s unique Access Code:

  • Remains the same from year to year.
  • Will not expire.
  • Moves with them if your child changes schools within Indiana.
