Miller Explorers Summer Camp 2024
Summer Camp Registration Opens:
- Monday, March 4th at 7:30 am for current Miller Explorers families
- Monday, March 11th at 7:30 a.m. for non-Miller Explorers families
Summer Camp FAQ:
- Miller Explorers Summer Camp 2024 will be held at two locations - Promise Road Elementary & Hinkle Creek Elementary
- Our summer hours are 6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (multiple late pick-ups of 3 or more could result in dismissal from the camp)
- Families can choose to sign up for one or multiple weeks of camp
- 2 snacks are provided each day, but families must send in a packed-lunch daily for students
- Each week has two enrollment options:
3 days (*$150/week)
5 days (*$220/week*Reduced weekly rates are available for families receiving free or reduced lunch
Week 1: June 4 - 7 (closed Monday, June 3rd) - Welcome to Disney
Week 2: June 10 - 14 - Color Wars
Week 3: June 17 - 21 (closed Wednesday, June 19th) - Nickelodeon Days
Week 4: June 24 - 28 - Alice in WonderlandWeek 5: July 1 - 5 (closed Thursday, July 4th) - Spectacular Sports
Week 6: July 8 - 12 - Comic Book Superheros
Week 7: July 15 - 19 - Time Travelers
Miller Explorers is CLOSED from July 22nd - July 30th
- The deadline to enroll or withdraw from camp is two weeks prior to the start of a camp week. After the two-week window closes, all payments will be expected in full even if your student's camp plans change.
- If you are a current Miller Explorers family, please log into your EZChildTrack Parent Portal on March 4th to register for Summer Camp.
- If you are a NEW family, enrollment will open for you beginning on Monday, March 11th at 7:30 a.m. Click on the link below and follow the directions to create an EZChildTrack account and register your child(ren) for Miller Explorers Summer Camp:

Use THIS LINK to register. You will be prompted in EZChildTrack to complete the application, however, if needed, directions are below:
- Select the green "Register" button on the far right side of the screen (in the purple "Open Account, new parents" box) *This may look different on a cell phone. We recommend using a laptop for registration.
- Click "register" for the "Miller Explorers Summer Camp 2024" program
- Add "primary account" information. Add a "secondary account" information (if applicable), and then "add child"
- Enter emergency contact information for 2 individuals and authorized to pick up information for 1 individual. None of the account holders, authorized to pick up, or emergency contacts can be the same!
- Click "enroll child" and then select your weekly registration preference
- Save enrollment, and then add a second child OR continue to accept the terms and conditions
- After accepting the terms and conditions, review the fee summary and submit your registration payment. NOTE: payment will not be processed/charged unless there is space in the program for your child. Therefore, if you are placed on the waiting list, your card/account will not be charged until we can release your child into the program.
- Once you submit your payment, you will receive a confirmation on the screen that your application has been accepted. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email from EZChildTrack. Please make sure you check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive an email within a few minutes of submitting your application. If you do not receive a confirmation notice in EZChildTrack or a confirmation email, your application has not been submitted correctly.
