Dr. Daniel Hile, Superintendent of Noblesville Schools
Dr. Daniel Hile joined Noblesville Schools as superintendent in July 2022. Prior to this position, he was superintendent of Smith-Green Community Schools in Churubusco, Indiana. He has also served previously as a principal, assistant principal, and teacher in Churubusco.
Meet Dr. Hile
In addition to a doctorate in educational leadership from Purdue University, where he has also served as a guest lecturer, Hile also holds a master’s degree in education administration from Indiana University Fort Wayne, and a bachelor’s degree in music education from Indiana University.
Hile was named the 2022 Northeastern Indiana Superintendent of the Year and is an active member of the American Association of School Administrators, Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents, and the Purdue University Educational Leadership and Policy Studies Advisory Board.
He is committed to community involvement and currently serves on the boards of the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce, Hamilton County Center for Career Achievement, and the Noblesville Midday Rotary Club. Previous collaborations include the Northeast Indiana Public Schools Association, Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, Whitley County Economic Development Council, Churubusco Rotary Club, Churubusco Chamber of Commerce, Churubusco Redevelopment Council, and the Churubusco Main Street Committee.
Hile, his wife Jana, and their two children are Noblesville residents. His son attends Noblesville High School and his daughter is a college student.
