Mrs. Kleinhelter
I was born in Lexington, KY and attended Hanover College where I earned a BA and majored in Elementary Education from 1990-1994. After teaching my first year in an Elementary School in Lexington, I realized I wanted to go back to school to get my degree in special education. I attended the University of KY from 1997-1998 where I earned a 5th year degree in Learning and Behavior Disorders. After graduating in 1998, I married a Hoosier, more specifically a Noblesville graduate, and moved to the Indianapolis area. In the Fall of 1998, I started teaching at Noblesville Middle School working with students who had emotional and learning disabilities. After having two children, I had the opportunity to job-share at the intermediate school teaching 6th grade general education. I have been at the intermediate school since 2004. Teaching is something I had always wanted to do, and getting the opportunities to teach in the general education and special education settings has allowed me to be a better teacher. I am very fortunate to have a wonderful family and a great job that I love. I look forward to working with your children this year.
