Dr. Beth Niedermeyer, SuperintendentBeth Niedermeyer is responsible for working in conjunction with the school board to develop organizational vision and goals. Ryan Rich is co-executive director of the Department of Learning, overseeing middle and high school curriculum and instruction, special education, student services, and technology. He is also the district high ability coordinator for all students K-12 and is responsible for the professional growth and evaluation of all Noblesville Schools educators.
Dr. Jen Wheat Townsend, Co-Executive Director of Learningemail: jen_townsend@nobl.k12.in.usDr. Jen Wheat Townsend is co-executive director of the Department of Learning, overseeing elementary school curriculum and instruction, special education, student services, and technology. She is also the district English Language Learner program coordinator for all students K-12 and is responsible for several federal grants that provide additional academic supports for students.

Heather Hendrich is responsible for all aspects of school safety across the district including overseeing district safety policies/procedures for all areas, developing strategic safety plans for implementation and continuous school safety improvements, managing and enforcing background check guidelines, and working collaboratively with the Noblesville Police Department to lead the Noblesville Schools School Resource Officer program.
